1. Spunbond & meltblown composite line realized the production process of spunbond & meltblown in one-step and combination. The whole line adopt AC inverter adjusts speed, full digital synchronized communication, intelligent control of the full line electrical system, spinning draft system and drive system etc.
2. Pneumatic parts, electric parts and operate parts adopt international well-known brand.
3. HMI: adopts IPC to monitor and manage the whole production process.
4. Spunbond die: Hanger type flow channel, ensure uniform of melt distribution, shortening the color change time and uniform spinning of full width.
5. Meltblown die, the spinning process is arranged symmetrically on both sides of the body, to ensure uniform melt distribution, stable pressure, sufficient hot draft of the filament, uniform width of hot air flow, to achieve fabric surface evenness.
